Ed and Dora (known to her family and friends as "Dorie") lived in the house that sits in the northeast corner of the intersection of State Route 177 (Main Street) and Scott Road.

LEFT: This image shows Dorie and Ed Thome standing in their front yard - facing west.

The Keith Dynes home is seen behind Dorie and Ed.

Scott Road, beyond the mail boxes, appears at the right mid-point of the photograph.

Lawrence Baumann's house and barn can be seen at the right, middle part of the photo. Being able to see the Bauman property from this vantage point means that this photo was taken prior to the construction of the Bufler homes along the south side of Scott Road.
