The location of the buildings is the same, with the house standing south of the driveway and the outbuildings positioned west and slightly north of the house.
The structure of the buildings matches as well. There is the house, with its two chimneys at the south and north ends; the same number of windows; the location of the front door; and the two small openings at the attic level on the end walls - and - then, the barn, in the background, with its ridgepole running east and west.
Josephus Ditman sold his Milford Township property in 1922; so, in name, Joe's Radiance Farm has faded away. However, the property, at 5175 Hamilton-Richmond Road, still exists, as indicated in the following 2021 Google images. Notice the similarities between the photos from the early 1900s (above) and the 2021 images (below).
James Ditman, great-grandson of Jospehus Ditman provided the following quotation about Minnie Mitten: "Minnie Mitten is her real name. She was born Wilhelmina Magin. Her nickname was Minnie. She married Morris Mitten. They lived in Westminster, Maryland. I don't see any Magins, in my (Ancestery) tree but I have seen the name a lot as well as the Mittens."

She died on 20 May 1952, in Carroll, Maryland, United States, at the age of 71.
