Darrtown's Lutheran Church conducted a "hen party" - that literally opened the church door to chickens.

FEBRUARY 8, 1920: The Butler County Commissioners announce plan to pave Darrtown Pike.

FEBRUARY 11, 1803: The Kyger family constructed their log cabin west of Darrtown See: Kyger cabin.

The local team had named a new manager; the roster was being strengthened with the addition of several skilled players ... and, there was talk of building a covered grandstand to provide shade for those who attended the games during the heat of summer.
