Darrtown Fall Festival – 2021
Hello potential Darrtown Fall Festival vendors!
After a tough year that kept many inside, planning is in the works for the 2021 Darrtown Fall Festival at E-Dot Park, on West Street, in Darrtown, Ohio,
Dates:
Friday, August 27 and Saturday, August 28.
Vendor hours:
> Friday, August 27th from 5 pm to 11 pm
> Saturday, August 28 from noon – 11 pm.
Vendors may select either day or both days, however, set-up is requested to be completed no later than one hour before vendor operating hours.
Overnight security will be provided Friday night for vendors displaying both days. NOTE: Even though security will be provided overnight Friday, VENDORS MUST BE RESPONSIBLE for any lost or damaged property.
Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment. All food carts will be subject to inspection by the local health department the day prior to the event, and the vendor must provide a permit for approval.
Fees:
Note: Electricity is available at a limited number of sites - at an additional cost of $5 per day.
______ 1 booth space - Friday and Saturday - $55 (with electricity = $65)
______ 1 booth space - Friday (only) - $30 (with electricity $35)
______ 1 booth space - Saturday (only) - $40 (with electricity = $45)
Vendors will be assigned a 10’ x 10’ space for displays.
Vendor spaces will be outlined and numbered on the grass. A list of assigned spaces will be posted near the vendor area.
Parking space will be provided for vendors.
Vendors are responsible for set-up and tear-down of displays and are expected to clean their site, before they leave the event. This year, the Main Stage and food trucks will be located away from the vendor area to allow for better foot traffic.
We will accept only one vendor for brand name items, for example; Tupperware, Mary Kay, etc. The first to register and pay is the one accepted.
After our Treasurer receives your payment of the vendor fee, you will be listed on the Darrtown website, as well as the Darrtown Reunion Facebook page (over 2800 friends) so people will know that you will be participating. Additionally, your name will appear in several “Darrtown Reunion” newsletters prior to the Festival. The newsletter has a circulation of over 400.
