BACKGROUND
The Darrtown Reunions evolved from the 2014 Bicentennial
After the Bicentennial, members of the Bicentennial Steering Committee received email messages and saw social media posts that reflected a desire for yearly celebrations.
In response, the Bicentennial Committee transitioned to the Reunion Committee, which assumed the task of planning and conducting an annual event.
Subsequently, the Reunion Committee adopted a "fall festival" theme.
